WINTER OF WHISKY

A SEASON OF WHISKY AFTER DARK

This July, The International together with Shell House, The Dolphin and Harry’s
present Winter of Whisky, a month of whisky after dark celebrating
world-class cocktails, flame-led dining, music, fire-side moments,
long nights and tall stories.

This curate programme is inspire by the culture and the rituals that surround
great whisky. The season features four bespoke cocktails, a
one-night-only flame led dinner, DJ sets, after-dark parties and a
daily happy hour across all venues.

Shell House | Friday 3 July
Clocktower After Dark
Winter of Whisky launch party ft. Boogie Monster, Teras, Morgi
and a special guest 9pm til late.

The Dolphin | Saturday 18 July
Delfino Winter Set
Your favourite Crown St corner heats up with Delfino Winter Set
ft. Ashlea Milinkovic, Bronx and more to be announced 6pm til late.

Harry’s | Friday 24 July
Harry’s Hi-Fi Old School Hip Hop Night
The golden era of hip hop ft. Kato, Carolina Gasolina, Timba, CRX
and Big Daddy 6pm til late.

The Grill | Friday 31 July
Black Label Dinner
A one-night-only celebration of winter, bringing together flame-led dining,
exceptional whisky and a special guest chef.

WHISKY, AFTER DARK

Crafted exclusively for Winter of Whisky four bespoke cocktails await you this July.

Citrus Assassin
Johnnie Walker Black Label, yuzu liqueur, lemon and soda. Bright,
refreshing and dangerously delicious.

First Step
Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, sherry, cacao vermouth and maple. Rich and silky with chocolate, orange and dried fruit.

Ruby Sour
Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, apple & chestnut liqueur, lemon and apple cider caramel.
Rich orchard fruit with a nutty finish.

Second Wave
Johnnie Walker Black Label, coffee liqueur, banana liqueur, sweet vermouth,
amaro and coconut. Bold, bittersweet and built for late nights.

Winter of Whisky will also feature a daily happy hour from 4pm-6pm with two
$10 Johnnie Walker served created for easy winter drinking:
The Penicillin Highball and Black Ruby Spritz.
