The Grill
Indulge in an exceptional dinner in The Grill, beginning with an ice-cold martini, beluga caviar and a decadent Fruits de Mer platter. Enjoy the finest steak and lobster from the country’s best producers, all cooked to perfection over live fire. Helmed by Culinary Director Joel Bickford, The Grill celebrates classic traditions, and global standard fine dining, making it the perfect place to ring in the new year and kick off 2025 in style.
The Wine Bar
Step into the engagingly social and convivial Wine Bar. A place to relax with friends on the lounges in the outdoor piazza, with crisp cuvées from around the globe, or dine casually with delicious snacks and share plates on the open-air terrace. Settle in for the evening in the suave setting of the indoor/outdoor Seidler Room, or drop in and out as you please in between the fireworks or your other engagements.
The Panorama Bar
Revel and dance your way into 2025, listening to Sydney’s best DJ’s on our open-air rooftop, The Panorama Bar. Sip on Lychee Martinis and Spicy Watermelon Margaritas. Snack on Popcorn Lobster Rolls, Char Siu Pork Belly Skewers and other delicious bites, while you take in the zigzagging city skyline, perched high above the epicentre of Sydney’s CBD.
