Jake Kellie of Arkhé joins The Grill for an exclusive one-night-only live-fire dinner.
Two of Australia’s leading fire-led restaurants come together for one extraordinary evening of exceptional produce, cooking over live flame.
For one night only, Jake Kellie, one of Australia’s most acclaimed live-fire chefs and the force behind Adelaide’s celebrated Arkhé, comes to The Grill at The International for an exclusive dinner built around fire.
With both Arkhé and The Grill ranked among Australia’s Top 10 steak restaurants in the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants 2026, the dinner marks a rare meeting of two of the country’s leading fire-led kitchens.
Intimate and immersive, the evening will see Kellie and The Grill’s culinary team will work side by side across a multi-course menu that moves from oysters and fire-driven snacks through pristine Australian seafood, exceptional beef, black truffle and whisky, with the action unfolding over the open flames of The Grill.
